The THURSO SURF Max 138 is an inflatable all-around paddleboard for all paddlers. The optimized board shape offers extreme stability at high speeds on the water. The unique feature of the Max is its deck fully covered with a traction pad, allowing you to comfortably sit and stand even when wet. Thanks to its generous size, the board can accommodate multiple riders/dogs. It is also excellent for paddlers who want to fish, hunt, or transport a lot of gear.
The THURSO SURF inflatable SUP offers the most stable iSUP structure on the market. All our paddleboards feature a double-layer construction with a woven drop-stitch inner core and military-grade PVC outer skin. The side rails are additionally reinforced with PVC seams to prevent delamination. Additional carbon reinforcement rails provide extra stability. As a result, THURSO SURF SUP boards are durable, stiff, lightweight, and offer the performance of a hardboard.
The included carbon shaft paddle is the best paddle included in an iSUP package. It is far superior to aluminum or fiberglass paddles, more stable, lighter, and buoyant. The paddle blade is made of durable carbon-nylon hybrid composite and is reinforced with a central rib to prevent deformation. The shaft and paddle blade are connected by a pin and clamp to prevent loosening or twisting. Adjustable from 180 cm to 220 cm. Can also be converted into a kayak paddle with an additional paddle blade (sold separately).
