SHIPPING COSTS (incl. VAT) FOR DELIVERIES WITHIN GERMANY

Free shipping within Germany for orders with a value of €55 or more.

Free shipping does not apply to items with specific shipping costs.
For non-individual orders, such as for teams and schools, please contact servicecenter@sportdepotshop.com to receive a shipping quote.

NOTE: Some products with specific shipping costs are not eligible for the "Free Shipping" promotion. Some of these products cannot be purchased online and must be ordered by contacting us.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders for items that are in stock are typically shipped within 2 working days, except for customized items. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

The delivery time may vary depending on the product. This is because some items are not located in our central warehouse and must first be transferred there to coordinate shipping. For customers outside Germany, an additional delivery time must be added.

During certain peak shipping seasons with higher volume, shipping delays may occur.
