Warranty Policy

THURSO SURF provides a limited warranty on its products. If you believe the issue meets the warranty terms, please submit the warranty claim form below. Provide as much detail as possible so we can review your claim.

The warranty product must be returned to our warehouse for inspection. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning a higher-priced item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Since shipping is handled by a third party, we cannot fully guarantee receipt of your return.
