Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact SPORT DEPOT SHOP via email or phone.

  • The customer will receive a full refund if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled reservation.
  • The customer will receive a full refund if the reservation is cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled reservation.
  • The customer will receive a full refund if the reservation cannot be honored due to vendor issues.
  • The customer will receive 90% of their money back if the reservation is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled reservation, or if no one shows up for the scheduled reservation.

BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS

  1. a) Thunderstorms with significant lightning nearby
  2. b) Hurricane, tsunami or other weather warnings are in effect
