Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact SPORT DEPOT SHOP via email or phone.
- The customer will receive a full refund if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled reservation.
- The customer will receive a full refund if the reservation is cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled reservation.
- The customer will receive a full refund if the reservation cannot be honored due to vendor issues.
- The customer will receive 90% of their money back if the reservation is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled reservation, or if no one shows up for the scheduled reservation.
BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS
- a) Thunderstorms with significant lightning nearby
- b) Hurricane, tsunami or other weather warnings are in effect
